A brief account of the Day of Reunion :

At the moment we are in the process of chalking out the finer details of the programme, but to apprise you in brief, the event will begin with Welcome and Registration on 26th April at 2 p.m. around lunch time, followed by a thrilling cultural evening and a sumptuous dinner.

On the same day we will have our first official alumni meet, social interraction session and presentation of mementos.

B AIMS & OBJECTIVES

Our vision is a global community of all the students of BUIE, to nurture relationships, mutual help and support through network, a channel to connect back to our roots. The objectives for which the Association is established are:

a) to systematically uplift the image and status of the Institution, BUIE both nationally and internationally.

b) to project BUIE and its contribution to the engineering profession.

c) to network the present and future alumni on a common platform on a continuing basis

d) to become the voice of the alumni in all matters related to betterment of BUIE

e) to foster continuing professional/academic development by drawing support from achievers amongst the alumni in their respective fields

f) to maintain an up-to-date Register of Alumni of BUIE with their Qualifications, Occupations, Date of Registration of Membership, Phone Nos and Address (Permanent Postal, email)

g) to make arrangements for holding an Annual Re-Union of past students of BUIE in co-operation with the Students' Union of the Institution

h) to maintain the honor and dignity of the members and further the cause of scientific research and post graduate studies

i) to maintain fellow feeling and fraternity amongst the Ex-Students of BUIE by promoting special,cultural and sports activity amongst themselves

j) to maintain a benevolent fund raised on the basis of members philanthropy and capacity to help individual member of alumni and students of BUIE in case of distress and in major crisis due to natural disasters

k) to discuss career growth and opportunities and act as volunteer mentors of BUIE students
